With over 6 years experience in executive recruitment, Danny has operated with market leading firms in Sydney and London. He successfully completed retained search assignments and advertised selection assignments across investment banking, private equity, structured property, project and infrastructure finance. More recently, Danny worked with Colliers International where he was responsible for marketing Commercial Property including greenfield development sites. Danny joined Judd Farris in Singapore as a Managing Consultant in the Technical field covering Development and Project Management positions with investment banks, developers and global service providers. Having completed an undergraduate program in Political Science at Universities in the UK (Leeds) and Spain (Bilbao), Gemma joined one of the largest construction and technical agencies in the UK, where she worked for over six years. Following a successful period working for Judd Farris in Hong Kong, Gemma opened the Singapore office in March 2007, from her base here she works alongside Danny covering all Project Management positions in Asia and is currently representing the interests of a number of the leading Investment Banks as well as Global Service Providers.

Having spent several years successfully recruiting for Judd Farris in Sydney Nicholas has recently made the move to our offices in Singapore. Possessing a strong working knowledge of corporate property he has taken on a leading role in the development of the Property Service Division and will focus on the recruitment of property professionals within the funds, investments, and agency environments. Graduating with a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Sydney Nicholas has also spent several years recruiting financial professionals within the property sector prior to joining Judd Farris.

Robert is a graduate of the University of the West of England. Before joining Judd Farris he worked for a boutique financial services search firm in the City of London. He started his role at Judd Farris working in the general practice team in London, subsequently moving to Hong Kong in order to specifically focus on the Singapore market. Robert was part of the team that set up the Singapore office in 2007. As part of the Corporate Property team his clients include the service providers, agencies, developers, institutions, real estate investment groups, investment banks and funds.

A graduate from the National University of Singapore with an honours degree in Real Estate, Jessie started her professional career working in the industrial sector for 3 years before moving to the retail industry where she undertook leasing and centre management positions. Having worked for both the government and private property sectors and with a total of 7 years of tangible experience, Jessie joined Judd Farris to capitalise on her accumulated wealth of property knowledge. Jessie is now an integral part of the General Practice team and she will be focusing on the placement of property professionals within the developers, funds and agency environments.

Ivy comes with 8 years of executive search experience in the Asia Pac Region and has been successful in headhunting professionals in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia and Singapore. She has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing from the University of La Trobe in Australia. Ivy joined Judd Farris Singapore in early 2008 as a Researcher with the General Practice desk and her focus will be assisting the team to “source” candidates from the property market and establish a strong database of professionals in the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Raymond Tan is currently recruiting in the technical field, covering mainly the Architecture, Interior Design and Project Management roles. Clients include major developers both local and within the South East Asian countries, design consultancies and construction firms for various prestigious projects. As a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor, Raymond brings with him strong technical background having worked several years for the largest cost consultancy and project management firm, advising property developers on contractual issues and monitoring project costs in the design team.

Esther has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology in Australia. Before joining Judd Farris, Esther worked with an Executive Search firm in Singapore specialising in recruiting senior accounting and finance positions within the real estate sector in Asia. Esther now brings this unique experience to Judd Farris and is responsible for managing the Accounting and Finance Division in Singapore. Esther is responsible for recruiting senior level finance staff within the property sector for clients including multinational agencies, investment institutions, consultancies, developers and construction companies throughout Asia.
