Stephen currently leads the Asian business & the General Practice team recruiting across Real Estate Funds, Developers, Property Consultancies/ Service Providers & Real Estate divisions of Commercial and Investment Banks; ranging from VP to Managing Director & CEO. Prior to joining Judd Farris & with over ten years experience in recruitment, Stephen has previously worked for leading Global recruitment groups covering Financial Services & Commerce. For the last four years for a specialist boutique focusing on the Fund & Investment Banking community. Whilst based in London Stephen managed a senior team covering contingency and retained search projects (with a 100% track record of successful placements). Stephen is a graduate of the Nottingham Trent University & the University of Massachusetts USA where he read Chemistry & Mathematical Sciences.
Having worked in Singapore for 5 years, Charlene moved to Hong Kong 3 years ago to join Judd Farris Property Recruitment specializing in recruiting across Hong Kong and China. Charlene is currently working with a number of local/international developers, retailers and consultancies across Hong Kong, China and SE Asia. She is focused on recruiting mid to Director/GM/MD level real estate professionals across different functions including: Retail Leasing, Marketing & Promotion, Centre Management, Property Management and other related General Practice specializations. Charlene has been successfully conducting interviews and placements in China with her strong fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese. Charlene is an Economics graduate from the National University of Singapore and has 7 years of recruitment experience both in Singapore and Hong Kong. She commenced her recruitment career with a retained search firm in Singapore recruiting Director level positions across Singapore and Shanghai market. After her experience of taking the recruitment process from research to successful delivery of niche positions in different industries, Charlene made a switch to a contingent recruitment environment.
Fred currently covers candidates working in the securitization, funds, and private equity space. Prior to Judd Farris, Fred spent 6 years recruiting in the Tokyo market covering front office sales and trading, and technology. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors in Business and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Conversational Japanese.
Amy is part of the General Practice team & focuses her attention on agency consultancies in the APAC China region. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, & then made the move to Melbourne, Australia where she spent three years working in Property Development, Marketing & Sales. Amy has travelled all over the world & moved to Hong Kong at the beginning of 2011 with a focus on developing her knowledge of the Asian property industry.

Zoe Stanford comes from a strong property sales and development background, with sound experience gained while working for London's most successful real estate group. Here she has specialized in new developments, redevelopment and residential re-sales. Zoe has provided services to many leading private and blue chip development companies in site acquisitions and investment sales. Zoe originally moved to Australia in 2003 and joined Judd Farris Sydney in March 2006 to bolster Development Division, working along side company Director Nick Redpath. Since this time she has specialized in recruiting Project Management professionals for consultancies and owners. And has moved to Judd Farris Hong Kong in May 2011 to support the Technical desk.
Katie is an Associate Consultant supporting the Technical / Construction team. Her role includes market mapping, resourcing suitable candidates, as well as networking and advertising to potential candidates. Katie obtained her BSc and MSc degrees in Town and Country Planning from University College London, UK. Katie brings with her over 6 years of Real Estate experience as a Town Planner in both London and Hong Kong prior to joining Judd Farris. Katie is fluent in English and Cantonese.
Elizabeth has over 9 years of professional recruiting experience within Finance and Accounting for the Asia Region within a variety of industries. Elizabeth is originally from Singapore, and upon graduating with honors in double majors of Computational Science and Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, she cut her teeth in recruitment with a regional Japanese Agency, recruiting Japanese Speaking professionals for the region. Subsequently, having joined a top London Financial Services Recruiter in Singapore, she has gained a successful track record recruiting in Finance/Controlling for Banking and the Financial Services for the past 5 years. Having a strong fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese, she is focused on recruiting for CFOs, Controllers and Senior Finance professionals with Real Estate Developers, Agencies, Investment Houses and Blue Chip MNCs at Judd Farris.

Kimberley joined the Judd Farris team in 2006 to specialize in recruitment for the architecture, design, project management and development industry sectors. Kimberley's background lies firmly in property, with over nine years working predominantly in resort development across Australia, from Victoria to Northern QLD. Kimberley has gained extensive experience with some of the most prestigious and dynamic development companies in Australia. She has been instrumental in achieving excellent returns for these companies and their developments. Her role within the property and recruitment industry has included managing key relationships throughout the development, planning, marketing and sales process. Her move to Hong Kong from Sydney sees her working in the industry she enjoys, using her excellent communication skills to continue servicing an already strong client base.
